Please note: If the time is up and all units have not been used up, they will pack up and go or if all the units are made and given out, they will pack up and go. (Whichever comes first) We do this to save our staff the embarrassment of having to stand there with a machine setup, all units paid for given out and then having to tell people that they are not allowed to make more units because they have only been paid for X Number of units.

We will bring the machine through early enough to be setup by the starting time of your function. Should you require us to be there, ready and set up more than 1 hour before the starting time of your function, additional fees will be payable.

Space requirements: The machine and table can be set up in any 2m x 2m flat and level area.

Electrical requirements: 1 x Dedicated 15amp, Single Phase 3 pin plug per machine. We will supply extension cords. Due to the sensitivity of the machines, we cannot allow the use of a generator. We also recommend that the power point is no more than 30m away from the equipment, to prevent a drop in the power.

Other requirements that need to be met: The machines are heavy and therefore we need easy vehicle access to the operating area. If we need to get the units through a gate, a minimum width of 1,5m is required. We cannot drag or carry the machines up or down stairs and we cannot throw the machines over walls or fences. We will not accept responsibility / liability for damages caused to flower beds / plants / water features or any similar items if we need to move the machines through the garden.
