Exotic Animals with Handler

Name: Exotic Animals

Description: A small enclosure is created and the kids get to sit inside and handle the animals. We bring BUNNIES and GUINEA PIGS as well as 3 additional animals of your choice. If you would like more than 3 additional animals, they are charged at R 200.00 each. Although you may choose your own selection of animals, sometimes they might be unavailable on the day, due to shedding/molting etc. In these situations, we will substitute the unavailable animal for one that is similar.

We will bring the exotic animals through early enough to be ready by the starting time of your function. Should you require us to be there, ready and set up more than 1 hour before the starting time of your function, additional fees will be payable.

The exotic animals are only available for bookings from 10am onwards, due to feeding and other early morning responsibilities on the farm.

Space requirements: 5m x 5m Flat and grassy area to use as a base with their food and water. Shade is a must.

Other requirements that need to be met: We need easy vehicle access to the operating area.

There is a difference between mini horses and ponies.

Ponies are bigger than mini horses.

horses get classified as mini horses when they are under 90cm high,
Mini horses can carry up to 30kgs.

If they are higher than 90cm by the shoulder they get classified as ponies.

Ponies can carry up to 50kgs
Ponies (higher than 90cm) can carry up to 50kgs.

You can add a mini horse or pony to the farmyard or exotic animals

(only up to 3 hours)

Party Farmyard

Name: Party Farmyard

Description:The farm comes with goat, sheep, ducks, chickens, and bunnies. We would normally bring some carrots, cabbage and sometimes lettuce, which the kids can feed to the animals. Depending on the number of kids and how they behave, we sometimes let the kids into the main enclosure to feed the animals, however that is not a given. We will bring the farm through early enough to be ready by the starting time of your function. Should you require us to be there, ready and set up more than 1 hour before the starting time of your function, additional fees will be payable. The farmyard is only available for bookings from 10am onwards, due to feeding and other early morning responsibilities on the farm.

Educational Farm with Handler

Name: Educational Farm

Description: We also offer an edufarm for nursery schools where the handler will do a 30min educational talk on the farm animals where after the kids will be able to touch the animals while the handler is holding them.

They will also get an opportunity to feed the animals and to ride on the pony.

The farmyard and ponies are only available for bookings from 10am onwards, due to feeding and other early morning responsibilities on the farm.

Edufarm total duration is 1hour 30 min.

Space requirements: 6m x 6m Flat and grassy area to set up the fencing. Shade is a must.

Name: Party Pony Rides

Includes TWO of the following: Mini Horses / Ponies / Combo
(depending on ages and availability).

Great fun for corporate functions, family fun days and birthday parties.

Description:

Miniature horses (under 90cm high) can carry up to 25kg for ages
approximately 1-6 years old.

Small Ponies (higher than 90cm) can carry up to 35kg for ages
approximately 3-9 years old.

Medium Ponies (higher than 90cm) can carry up to 55kg for ages
approximately 3-15 years old.

We will bring the miniature horse/horses and/or pony/ponies through early enough to be ready by the starting time of your function. Should you require us to be there, ready and set up more than 1 hour before the starting time of your function, additional fees will be payable. The miniature horses and ponies are only available for bookings from 10am onwards, due to feeding and other early morning responsibilities on the farm.

Camel Rides (2 Camels) with Handlers

Name: Camel Rides

Description:
Camels can be booked for family fun days, corporate events and shopping centers.
They can also be booked for matric farewells and weddings.

This will be great for photo opportunities and will turn your big day into a memorable one. On special requests our camels and handlers will dress according to your theme (Arabian nights etc). We have a couple of different color schemes available.

We offer a minimum of 2 camels and 2 handlers per function.. Suitable for all ages.

We will bring the Camels through early enough to be ready by the starting time of your function. Should you require us to be there, ready and set up more than 1 hour before the starting time of your function, additional fees will be payable.
